"The manager and staff of this location shouldn’t be running this store. Was refused a sale due to them not wanting to look for the match because their back room was a “mess” then proceeded to tell me that I was more than welcome to look for the sneakers myself to which I replied your mess is not the customer’s problem and to do your job!! Asked for a manager and she said she was and that she owned the location...ok. They are liars too apparently. Left a couple messages for a district manager and I get back to me through their corporate customer service. This is a busy mall in a tourist area of Myrtle Beach and they have ignorant inept staff working there. Do better Finish line! I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this was beyond. Get some folks in there that actually want to do their jobs."
"I wanted to buy a pair of shoes but was told by the sales girl said that I couldn't try them on because people don't want to buy dirty shoes. I have never heard of any shoe store that doesn't let you try on shoes before buying, that's just insane. I will buy shoes elsewhere not at the finish line.!"

"I wish I can give less then 1 star! Would never shop at finish line again, basically stole $119.40 from me, I was paying with a gift card and their employee scratch off the PIN number of the card and couldn’t use it , after almost a month going to one of the manager Terrance that was the only person that tried to help because the one on Duty Chris the day of the situation told the employee to deal with it since he scratched it and never didn’t even come talk to me, well after calling and calling and they saying they will ship the card in a day , then changed to 24 hours and the card wouldn’t arrived , every time was a different story and at the end they never sent my card so basically stole $119.40 cents !! This was the worst experience ever!!!! I still can’t believe they didn’t give me my money back !! I didn’t scratch off the pin their employee did!"
