"Since I have lived here. We have had many apartment managers but none like June. She is a very dedicated lady and she goes above and beyond to help me every time I have a problem she always resolves it and her her assistant Megan is amazing. I love them both and I wouldn’t trade them for nothing. As far maintenance goes I know they’re having problems getting a maintenance person And that’s OK I’m a patient person things will get done. I like living here And I have always been listened to When I have gone to them with any kind of complaint or problem, everything has always been resolved."

"I lived there for 4 yrs.was an excellent tenant,and always paid on time. New owners came in, Lincoln Properties, and just before my lease was up for renewal,got a letter Oct.3 saying they were not renewing because of renovations,which was a lie,they just wanted to charge higher rent.I was never given the option of paying higher rent,as I would have certainly been willing to do that. I explained that the timeline was going to be an issue,as I was going out of town for the holidays,and would not be around to move out by Dec.3. I was forced to quickly find a new place,get packed,hire movers etc. I am almost 70 yrs old,so this was quite taxing on me. It cost me almost $3000 in deposits and moving costs. I left on Nov.11, left the Apt. clean,and told them to keep my deposit. To add insult to injury,I recently received a letter from a collection agency, stating that I owed the last month of my lease,minus the deposit.I disputed it,never heard back,and this morning discovered it on my credit report! They want me to pay $870. This company is beyond greedy and horrible. None of this would have happened if they had given me the option of paying the higher market value! Its not like this is some luxury Apt. they are old and in disrepair, they spruce up the ouside to attract new tenants,but never really take care of any problems in the units."

"They charge market rent so no one pays the same amount so make sure you be careful!!! This is what I had to live with in my bathrooms and was told no repairs or upgrades to the bathroom but charging over 1400 for this. Oh yea the new Property management that is there is HORRIBLE ain't nothing great about people who would would take your money and allow the apartment to look like this. Management asking people to come to goole to leave reviews that are FAKE! Notice the good reviews are from years ago. This will continue to be posted. The QUALITY OF THE PLACE ISNT WORTH THE MONEY!!! My name is in your system and how would I get these pictures of I never lived in Planters Trace?? No apologies needed provided better before jacking up your price!! Stay away from this place!!"

"I am a current resident at planters trace and the management is TERRIBLE! They are never in the office and the building are infested with insects of all kinds. Maintenance is never onsite and they take hours to days to get to get to you just to see the problem that you are having. I must say my first year in the apartment wasnt bad because there was a different staff and they would make sure the apartments would get sprayed every month. Since the management change there has been nothing good that has come out of living here."
