GNC

"I’ve come to this GNC two days in a row and it hasn’t been open. It was supposed to open yesterday at 10:00 AM, and today at 11:00 AM. I’m currently outside and it’s 11:45. There’s no sign to indicate why it’s not open at its regular time. I am assuming whoever the opener is either slept in. Tried calling the company, but no one answers the phone. Infuriating."

"Kaz was so pleasant! He was patient with my indecisiveness, and he gave me information that helped me ultimately make the decision on the protein I purchased. He made sure to greet me when I walked in, even though he was with another customer which is so rare these days! I will definitely be back soon for my protein/caffeine needs."

"Today is the 6th time I've gone to the Mt. Pleasant store only to find that it was closed at 10:45 even tho their hours say open at 10AM. Contacted corporate that gave me a 5 dollar coupon... wow, 5 bucks, told them to keep it... obvious outsourced customer service to India, the reps grasp of English was questionable. Even tho I asked for a representative in the United States I was never redirected.... I finally did reach the store and asked the person that answered the phone "are you open', his answer, "I answered the phone, so, yeah".. I told him that this was at least the 6rh time this has happened, he said he didn't like my tone and hung up. I didn't raise my voice, curse etc., he just didn't want to answer my question....last time I shop at GNC"

"I understand retail can be a grind and tend to be patient. As I post this I’ve been here for almost 15 minutes trying to get a hold of customer service after driving 20 minutes and dropping everything to make it to the store on time, I also was welcomed with locked doors:(. Others have posted this and asked for updated hours. Google maps says they were updated 2 weeks ago! WTH?! I work and travel long hours and chose GNC for my supplements rather than others. the least you could do is stay open till published close time."

"I think the area manager needs to re-evaluate the staff at this store. Went by at 6pm (online hours say they close at 8pm) and was greeted by a locked door with a staff member standing behind the register staring at us attempting to enter the store. I proceeded to call the store and watched the staff member PICK UP THE PHONE. He then says "who is this?" like what sir? I told him I'm the customer you're staring at who is trying to enter the store. Are you closed? He tells me yeah he closed because he's the only one working. Apparently this isn't the first issue. Update your online hours or close the store altogether. Shoutout to The Vitamin Shoppe at Bowman Place who adheres to their posted hours and was able to help me purchase the supplements I needed."
