Farrow Place is a nationally recognized Community of Quality located at 1098 Ebinport Road in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Our garden-style apartment facility is designed for individuals who are 62 years of age and older, and/or mobility impaired. With assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, we offer 12 efficiency and 33 one-bedroom units, each equipped with living and dining areas, kitchen, storage space, and ample closet space. Rent at Farrow Place is based on income and includes water, electric, sewer, and garbage pickup. Our buildings are 100% smoke-free for the health and safety of our residents, staff, and guests. Telephone jacks and cable TV wiring are installed in each apartment, and laundry facilities are available on-site. Conveniently located in Rock Hill, Farrow Place is close to grocery stores, pharmacies, retail shops, restaurants, banks, hospitals, physicians' offices, and churches. We do not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in our federally assisted programs and activities. Please note that there is currently a waitlist for new applicants, with a 1.5 to 2-year wait for those age 62 and older, and a 5-year wait for applicants under the age of 62 with a mobile disability.
