"Just ordered a 4 piece tender spicy with honey mustard. That's it... Didn't look inside & asked if there were napkins inside the box, so I could snack while I drive. Not spicy at all, no honey mustard & no napkins but a biscuit. 2nd time disappointed"

"What made our visit to Bojangles a memorable one was the excellent service provided by the friendly, smiling employees working there. The tea was just right as were the fries. The chicken sandwiches were unexpectedly spicy, but just as Cajun should be. To top it all off, the staff brought us a round of Bo-berry biscuits wonderfully glazed with out-of-this-world sweetness.
