"Order food online. Said it would be ready at 525pm. Sat in parking lot until 545pm and finally got the food. Get home 5 minutes away and was missing Honey mustard, fries were cold, chicken on sandwich was thin over cooked and cold. Have had issues with this location several times. Will not be going back again."
"I go to this location often, but today, the service was awful!! The drive-thru, station 3, and they were not busy. The female there had an attitude which I noticed, then gave me my food and not my drink, I waited and her manager pointed her back to the window, I explained she did not give me my drink, she sighed and acted like I was putting her out to do her job, after all, I did pay for it. Then she tried to hand it to me with soda on the side of the cup and lid was not completely on there. I did ask her to wipe it off, that really set her off. I asked for the manager who stated she had already spoken to her, so this female needs to go home... lose the attitude, not part of the job.... smh"
"You guys deserve five stars. The food was exceptionally good. The service was just fine It took a little while to get our food because the line was long. The line was long because the food could. It was definitely worth it and will be back for sure. Keep doing a great job!"
"The lady at the drivethru talks very fast with her accent (which sounds fake) is very rude, and if you ask for something, it's like you're bothering her from doing her job, ironically. The other lady seemed really nice. This isn't based on just 1 time. This is multiple times. A few times our biscuits were wrong. She rang up a "light egg and cheese biscuit with an extra egg" 2 biscuits, smh."
"The food took 15min+ to get. Chicken was dry and not even warm. Big over cooked hole in the breast... served that side down of coarse. Biscuits flat and hard. Manager didn't want to talk. Very disappointed in this location. Young girl that works that was awesome!"
