"This place is freaking disgusting. It's a crack hotel. Nothing like the website or description. Our room had dead roaches all over the floor, hair was in the tubs, live little roaches in the cabinets and old food in fridge. I went to talk to the front desk and they said there nothing they can do about it because she didn't know where it came from. She said the she can only give me a partial refund or give me the cleaning supplies for me to clean it and then she wants me to bring everything back to her. Elevators were broken. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Definitely calling the health department and BBB on this place."

"This hotel was such a huge disappointment for me and my children. We booked reservations for Thanksgiving weekend because we were visiting family. The online pictures look amazing compared to what we walked in to. The pullout mattress was filthy, and had food wrappers on it. There were roaches crawling and the toilet stopped up twice. Lastly I found a pipe (photo inserted) looked like it was used to smoke drugs. I complained about it to the front desk and they actually presented me with a glove and asked me to remove it! The other hotels in the area were booked so we were stuck. I will never book here again."

"I didn’t want to believe the reviews so we gave this place the benefit of the doubt and we lasted 5 minutes at the place. The reviews are not joking about the smell. It is awful. But it gets much much worse after you leave the lobby. There was bags of trash sitting out when you walk through the lobby door. And there was trash on the ground all over the place and in the elevator. We get to the second floor to the room and the door to our room is ajar. There was a fish tank with no lid on the table which was a little weird but not that worst thing. Then we checked the freezer and there was a cockroach. The fridge had milk sitting in it. I don’t see a way to add pictures but I took some before we left. Clearly nothing had been cleaned in a very very long time. I’m sure this used to be a nice hotel a while ago but I wouldn’t stay at this place for free. When I told the guy at the desk about the room he wasn’t even shocked. I have a feeling people complain on a regular basis. Unfortunately we booked through Expedia and may not be able to get a refund. If I could give less than one star I would. Learn from our mistake and read through the reviews before you book!"

"Location for the job I was on was great. Most of the staff were great and willing to assist. Now we have the pros out of the way. Need to get an exterminator onsite pronto you can't make it through a day without killing no less than 10 roaches per day even though small for the most part. Not acceptable for the price you pay for your stay."

"The location and customer service were excellent. However, once we walked in the front door, it smelled so bad with cigarettes. We still want to give it a try, so we checked in and went to our room. Once entered, the smell was heavier. The bathroom was not flushed, and I could see roaches crawling on the floor. Inside the kitchen, it smelled so bad, and when we opened the kitchen cabinet, the trash was full, and maggots were everywhere. We told the front desk, and she apologized and offered us a refund. Definitely need to follow sanitary protocol. I will not post pictures or room numbers since it is unethical. But here is my reservation number 161314662, in case management wants to look further."
