"Was told at 6 pm they only sell lottery tickets in the morning. I asked how much a case of water was outside, she said she didn't know and obviously didn't care. Loud music in background and very unprofessional! But it's obvious she doesn't care nor does management. Called at 630, phone is off the hook. Pathetic management and it shows in the pathetic lazy employee!"
"Gas pump overflowed with the handle lock engaged. I was sitting in my car with the door open and by the time I heard the gas splashing onto the ground, at least 2 extra gallons had poured out (my car was on E and only has 16 gallons to fill, 18 was on the meter). When I reported the issue and asked for a refund due to the equipment malfunction, the gas station cashier said that it was my fault for not paying attention, that I should have been holding the handle... Well if I knew the overflow sensor wasn't going to work, maybe I would have watched more closely and not used the handle lock. He also said that there are warnings saying not to leave the pump unattended, which there weren't, and I didn't, I was a couple of feet away. Attached photos show no warning signs on the gas pump that the cashier mentioned. If somebody comes to you with a concern, maybe don't blame it on them, or at least refer them to somebody they can talk to."
