"My problem is that I pd some of my deductible with a credit card and was scammed out of 12 dollars because they charged me a 3 percent fee to pay with my credit card I wasn’t informed of this until I received my credit card statement the next day it certainly it’s not marked on wall are anything that I seen I wasn’t told by the person taking my payment so to me it’s a scam. This is not because of the work performed on vehicle because so far it looks good but to scam a customer out of fees to use a credit card is unacceptable. To me that is terrible customer service"

"I have nothing but praise for Alan and the folks at ABRA! Simply fantastic service, communication, timeliness and outstanding work repairing the body damage and matching the 3 step red pearl coat paint on my 4 month old Ram truck! This was unfortunately the 2nd time in a month that I had to get dents fixed from other people's doors swinging into my truck on windy days and tailgate damage. They were simply on the ball from start to finish both times. While I hope to never have to come back, if I do need repair work, this is the place to go!"
