JOANN Fabric and Crafts

"Store is messy, disorganized, and just plain dirty. Floors were filthy. Products laying all over the place. Been to this store several times and it's always the same. Other Joann's stores I've been to have all been taken care of as if the employees actually cared."

"I have never in my life been treated so unfairly in a store before. My husband and I got in line to get 1 piece of fabric cut. We stood in line behind 2 people, 1 was getting fabric cut the other was waiting. Then a staff member came up and said next person in line. So the lady in front of me went. The lady behind me moved up and said I'm not cutting in front of you, I know you're next , I just want to sit in the chair. I said sure, no problem. When I moved up, another staff member comes up and points to a woman behind all of us and says she was next, with her buggy full. I said no mam I've been standing in this line for over 10 minutes and she was not in line. She said well her buggy was there. I said well if she went to continue shopping and was not at her buggy she was not in line. I have 1 piece of fabric here and that lady was no where to be seen when I came up, in fact her buggy was not even in line. She continued to argue with me and said I know because I work here. Now remember the other lady behind me who moved up to sit down was still waiting and another 2 people directly behind us were waiting in line. The woman who she thought should go before all of us had just pushed her buggy up to our left not in line , and it was minutes AFTER my husband came to join me in line. This employee continued to argue with me and made a scene that definitely did not need to take place. I finally said keep your fabric and walked out."

"I have been shopping many years at Joanns. Today I had a clerk named Lori who was a delight. She was so helpful and caring about her customers. I wanted to leave a review on her because you need more like her. Clerks like her make shopping such a delight."

"OMG it's been at least forever since I've been inside a JOANNES but I was NOT disappointed. Huge variety of every item imaginable for crafting. Tons of variety for fun family crafts and anything you can think of. I just had to take some pics to show a few people so imma share them with you guys too!!!! Your welcome! Btw, that's only a taste of what they have!"
