"Customer service was awful this afternoon, asked an associate stocking in the toy dept and I guess I disturbed her on her phone because she took out her ear buds and put her phone down and said what plain in English then when I asked her a question she acted like she didn’t understand English!! Then went to the self check out the scanner wasn’t working and asked the associate for assistance he acted like it was a bother and said peel the sticker off,. He was an African American with locs , your customer service needs to improve."

"The store was stocked better than we've seen since pre-covid time. There was no clutter and it was not crowded. I am a Walmart+ shopper, so we have deliveries from this store as well as shop in store. Overall a positive experience."

"Went to return some items and before the lady could even grab my receipt she proceeded to lay into me saying “why would you buy all of this if you were just going to return it” I was stunned. It was one bag with a few items on a receipt of over 25 items and $200. I was only returned a select few items that I ended up not needing. She refused to take anything out of my bag and said that I had to do it and refused to even look at me while she rang up the return items. I asked for her name and the manager and all she did was say “I don’t have a name” and after me standing there for several minutes she finally called the manager named Lisa to the front. She didn’t ask any of the customers behind me why they bought the items “only to return them.” This was not a computer prompt since I hadn’t even placed my items or receipt on the counter before she laid into me. Once I told Lisa the situation all she said was that the issue “would be addressed.” This lady clearly does not need to be in customer service if she can not speak to customers."
