"I use to love going to this Family Doller Location until they started hiring all them black ghetto girls in there. The cashier I had she was on a video call with someone on her phone, no smile, nasty attitude. That makes me not want to return anymore. The store manager is a nice , sweet lady but I believe she messed up now that she hired them ghetto girls. The time before this, it was another black girl , sounds like she from Charleston somewhere, she was yelling across the store , all loud. That's ghetto. A store full of black employees is not a good look. They don't know how to act professionally. This is coming from a back person so it's not a race thing.. Its how they carry themselves. I go in to the family doller with the white employees, you want deal with that kind of stuff. I like the store manager at this location on roosewood but she may need to have a talk with the new people that works there because they are very unprofessional and has a terrible attitude."
"Very clean and organized store. The only problem I would say was products being in the wrong place. Most of the tags were wrong, which could cause a problem when getting to the register. I did notify the employee because I used to manage a Family Dollar in my teen years, and that was a huge problem. A customer will argue that thru cam get it for the price on the tag. Especially if the shelf is fully stocked with said item. Other than that, one of the best stores I've been to in the area!"

"Went to the Family Dollar on Rosewood and had clipped my digital coupons beforehand. None of them worked. Employee on a personal call and Manager no help. Save yourself the hassle and go to the one by Lowes on Garners Ferry. Never have any problems there and they are always super nice."
