"This rating is a reflection of the services offered at this location and NOT the employees. This store is the retail hub of our community and the only store of its kind without driving 30 minutes in any direction. It badly needs more attention and to be brought up to date with technology. There's always a long line and the employees cannot keep up with stocking the shelves and be at their registers when there's virtually little time between patrons. I asked about checking out via the app but Holly, the manager, said they didn't have the capability to do so. Why does corporate bother having the app if you're not going to utilize it's full potential? Your employees are stretched too thin and it is frustrating your customers who don't have all day to pick up 2 or 3 items. Please bring Branchville back to the future!!"
