"Don’t go here. Just don’t. Save yourself the headache. The owner is a real tool/high school bully. We REALLY wanted to support a veteran owned small business but this guy is on another level. We have attended Black Force Mixed Martial Arts for 6 months and he kept trying to charge us again and again after we’ve made our payments. We put a stop payment on our card because of this. I would get emails that he tried to take $50 here $75 there then another $300! All failed due to me putting a stop payment. Not sure what his game is but, things got out of hand when he threatened to take us to small claims court before checking his records to see that we were paid up. We were never late to begin with. The responses I received once I respectfully stood my ground were typical childish bully behavior. The owner wouldn’t talk to us in person when we tried to talk about it like adults. We just wanted an apology for how he spoke to us. NOPE just speed walked away telling us to go talk to someone else that worked there. Acted like he was too busy or too good to talk to us. When he later stood and chatted with a buddy of his. We tried reasoning with him and was met with more bullying. We decided as a family that our child wouldn’t attend this gym with someone like that in charge. We just couldn’t. It was really disappointing because we started to really like the trainers for the smaller kids. Once we put in our cancellation via email in January AFTER we paid at the beginning of the month we were then harassed again on the 25th to pay for February. We asked why? He responded “ policy is policy”. We asked to see said policy and the contract to be met with another email telling us to not worry about it. He knows the game we’re playing. ??? I’m sorry. What? We have been nothing but kind and professional. I was going to let this go until he said that. At this point it’s almost comical how emotionally childish this dude really is. Lay off the juice man seriously. Do better. Just don’t go here. Save your money and find another place. It’s not worth it."
