"No employee approached me and ask if I needed help. But all eyes were on me. I looked at the barbour jackets, and several other things. Seems like the entire staff thought I was there to steal; because I was in my work uniform. I was very uncomfortable, up until the point I asked the 5 employees if they carried Filson. A lady then spoke up and said “oh! No do you know where people can get it?” I will not be back to this location. Shame. I would give less stars, but google makes me give atleast one."

"Came in, greeted with a friendly face, talked about fishing and life. Came in there with a less than prime set up and left with confidence for my next trip to the river. Went above and beyond to make me feel like a friend not just a customer"
"Dan was super helpful with choosing a dog bed and getting it ordered. It’s an investment to spend $300 on a dog bed, but I’ve probably spent half of that in the first year on cheap beds that can’t be washed and are poorly constructed. I’m so excited to receive my first Orvis purchase and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Thanks for the great customer service :)"
