"Wish I could give a zero start. They confirmed a specific date and time that they would come an take a look at our car on May 4th at 5pm. We called them at 5:1530pm since no one was there. The owner/someone answered abd said, "Oh, let me call my guy." No one showed up. He didn't call back. We called multiple times. On the last couple of calls, it kept going to VM, so I'm guessing he blocked us. I'm now seeing that this has happened before to another patron. Please, don't call these ppl if you want reliable, professional service. I'm glad that my partner and I are really resourceful and we were able to watch YouTube videos and after several trips to AutoZone and Target, we were thankfully able to temporarily fix the problem ourselves and make our trip back home to Tampa. It cause us a lot of stress to depend on them to show up as a professional mobile mechanic service, and with us being stuck in Charleston."

"I called on 2 different occasions to have someone come out and look at my car. The first time I called at 11:30am he said he was on the way to send my address. Come 2:30 he still hasn’t showed up. I texted him, no response. So I decided to call, no answer.. I waited a few and gave him another call he told me it would be another hour. Then I said ok how about 5pm and he acted as if that wasn’t going to work. So I said 7:30pm? He agreed that would work for him. He never showed up never called me to tell me he wasn’t coming. This business isn’t reliable what so ever. Don’t even waste your time."

"I called these guys on a Saturday morning to come out and repair the power steering failure on my truck. Was in a rush and didn’t get a chance to get under and look at it but assumed it was a busted hose. They showed up to my hotel at the time they said they would with parts that I assumed it needed. Got under it looked it over and told me they couldn’t fix it that day as it was a cracked steering gear box and couldn’t get the parts. They were extremely nice and professional. Charged me a very small fee for the trip. The best part was that I am not local to the area so I googled mobile repair shops. Their number was probably the 15-20th one I called. They were the only ones that answered the phone. If I am ever in the area again and have any trouble, they will be the first place I call. I appreciate the honest assessment, answering the call, and showing up. Thank you!"

They were very friendly and I will never call anyone else! I felt like he was being honest and giving me the best price on labor and parts. Made me feel really good!"
