"We agreed on a job and a $1500 deposit by credit card. Next day Cedric started insisting on a cash deposit and refused to provide any references. He also did not want to discuss reducing the amount of the deposit. Later we agreed that he would meet my general contractor. Cedric didn't show up. I was afraid of being scammed. I don't like to give anybody $1500 without knowing anything about that person. In the end Cedric became verbally abusive and started using profanities. This is not professional."
