"Nurse Crystal was awesome! I loved how she understood that my cat Frankie likes it quiet. She allowed my cat to stay on the table close to me and did not try to touch her until absolutely necessary with the vet present (Dr. Lerma). She did everything possible to make sure Frankie was calm to include giving a healthy treat and adding a calming pheromone spray to a towel and just laid it on the counter beside her. We now have a "Chill Protocol" to help ensure my fur baby has the best, most calming experience possible while at the vet clinic. Dr. Lerma listened to my concerns and laid out a good plan for us to stick to regarding medications and mitigating stress while moving. Front desk staff are generally quick to greet people and are always friendly."
"Always very helpful and knowledgeable. They all have a true passion for animals and their well-being and it shows. I recently brought my cat in with some urinary issues and Dr. Lerma laid out a plan for correction and they even gave me a quote in case the issue escalates. Love this office!"
"Miss Amy and Dr Stephanson were wonderful with our dog. She had a bad ear infection and they explained the issue and treatment very thoroughly and reviewed other preventative options along with the price before proceeding. Very nice staff and very clean and welcoming environment."
"We love Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic! My daughter and son-in-law also go there.All the doctors and everyone else on the staff are kind, compassionate and competent. When we have a sick animal, we're always able to get appointments quickly. And we appreciate that after the initial examination, they are always upfront about costs of treatments, and check to see if we want them to perform those treatments. Another thing we like is that we can pay in the treatment room without having to go checkout elsewhere. I highly recommend Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic!"
