"This was my third time at this salon. I have had great service each time. I paid $35 for a gel french manicure. The tech checked in with me before curing my nails and I asked her to redo one of them and she did with no complaints. She made sure I was satisfied before we were done. I will be returning again!"

"I have been going to Pure biweekly for quite a while. I went Friday and spent $70 for a full in. They gave me a new nail tech who clearly didn't know what he was doing. The design is bad, the cuticles are messed up and there's literally leftover polish from the last style! The nails are so thin, one broke over the weekend. I have been so loyal to this business that I was still going to return to PAY THEM to fix my broken nail. I was outside with another customer when they opened at 10. The man who did my nails sat outside chain smoking. So we waited. It's 10:15 and we are still just standing outside waiting. I asked him, "Are you opening or what?" He motioned to another woman sitting on the phone and said, "She has the key." He then said something to her and she agrily waved us off as if she was too busy to be bothered. He said, "You wait a little more." At this point we've been standing outside for 20 minutes waiting for them to open. It was so rude, especially after the terrible nails I received. With that the other customer and I left and went across the street to relax nails. They were open, clean and helped us quickly. The one nail that they did really shows how bad my nails were from pure. I will not be returning. Don't put nail techs on customer if they don't even know how to remove polish. Customer service needs an overhaul. Do not recommend."

"The first time I did business David and his wife gave excellent customer service. Today they were not there and service was horrible. They were trying to rush me and unwilling to assist me with the proper way to care for my nails. No one came in after me and the place was not busy."

"Got a fill in done here. The ladies in there were very nice but the second she started on my fill, my nails were burning and felt like they were on fire. To add insult to injury, my cuticle/nail bed is extremely burnt and irritated. Every time i touch something, it starts bleeding. My nails honestly don’t even look that great for the amount that i paid. I would avoid this place, there’s many great nail businesses in this area."

"Huge Disappointment! This place has definitely made a turn for the worse! I decided to make an appointment after not going there for quite some time and to my surprise the service awful. After driving an hour to get there I still waited another hour before I was called. The ambience was not professional, inviting or relaxing. Children were playing in the service area and an employee was giving them candy and snacks to keep them quiet. My nail tech didn’t put quality time into servicing me but rushed through it instead. My ombré looked descent from the top view but the side views were horrible... the nail tech filed them so hard that my cuticles were bleeding and sore; not to mention, after all that filing my nails were still shaped badly. I used to brag about how great this place was but not any more! My only recommendations are to not waste your time and money!"
