"If I could give 500 stars I would. This is the best vacation rental we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot over the years. Perfect location to explore Charleston. Spotless, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of everything! We did not lack for anything here during our stay. We would stay here in a heartbeat again and would recommend to all! "These are the most inhumane hosts and I hope no other guests will have to deal with this horrific company and home. Please do not believe any suggestions for group numbers for houses as they are irrelevant. Although we met all recommendations per the rental company, they repeatedly denied our requests for assistance to ensure rooms were safe and healthy for our guests. The temperature of many supposedly livable units was completely unlivable. In the end, our registered and paying guests had to pay for outside lodging. Do not believe the noted capacity as listed on any internet listings as they are completely inaccurate. When concerns regarding health and safety of our registered guests was brought up to the management company we were met with complete disregard and even retaliation as they charged us for completely erroneous charges. I hope no one else has to deal with this company . Please seak lodging elsewhere."

"Worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. The communication was unclear and the follow up to questions and concerns was very delayed. They treated my group and I very poorly and charged us a penalty after our fee for the cost of fixing an AC unit that was broken when we arrived. I highly recommend not renting through this company. EDIT: Your response is a lie. The unit was broken when we arrived and I have the text exchanges that prove that. You continue to be a deceitful business that has not refunded me for this fraudulent charge to my credit card."

"Had a wonderful getaway with friends staying at Retreats on Hudson - Driftwood in Folly Beach. The location is amazing right off the main strip and just a few blocks from the beach, but even being so close to the main strip you felt secluded in your area and we spent many hours relaxing by the pool. The house was very comfortable and the service was overall fantastic. Hope to get back to Folly Beach and would be staying here again."
