Upon seeking assistance from Kris, the store manager, I was met with condescending and unhelpful behavior. Despite my polite request for guidance with a dress selection, Kris exhibited a complete lack of professionalism, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. It is disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially from a store manager. It raises concerns about the hiring and training practices at Tommy Bahama. As a loyal patron, I expect better treatment and service from a brand I have supported for years. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in the customer service standards at Tommy Bahama, ensuring that future visitors receive the level of assistance and respect they deserve."

"I love their clothing, but had a very poor customer interaction over the weekend. I ordered a linen shirt a few weeks ago online, shirt arrived and I did not like it in person. I made it to the store yesterday to process the return. Keep in mind this was a long sleeve linen shirt that was shipped to me in an envelope style shipper. When I went to process the exchange in-store, I was told that the item was worn and washed. This was 100% inaccurate. I do not appreciate being accused and the situation should have been handled with a question to me, not an accusation. I asked what led the woman to believe it had been worn and washed - she said because the linen was wrinkled. Again, this had been shipped in an envelope and after looking at it I put it back in the bag for a few weeks before I could make it to the store. Yes, linen wrinkles. But now you've lost a customer who has spent a lot of money in your store and online."
