Whenever I would like something and let’s say they don’t have it in stock, the manager Tyrone goes out of his way to make sure I still receive the product! Phenomenal customer service! "The store manager TY is very unprofessional has texted me threatening to charge me with theft with a remaining $380 on my account even tho I have agreed to make a payment later on in the week they are demanding that it be now! I’ve been paying on used set for a year and half now and this is they way they treat returning customers will never be using a rent to own service again tell me how a PRE owned basic armana set costs 2,000? This branch is very hostile and ignorant I don’t return phone calls for the soul fact they will bully you into a payment or to return merchandise if you don’t have the payment when they want it god forbid if they have to wait until I get paid to make a payment. This branch needs management very unprofessional. This company is greedy and should be put out of business. Oh and if you haven’t heard calling someone more than 3 times within a week is harassment. Shame on y’all for stressing a pregnant women out before the holidays when I already told y’all I would be making a payment on the ENTIRE remaining balance when I get paid.
