"Wonderful experience start to finish and beyond. We worked primarily with Rachel to purchase flooring and arrange installation with one of their vendors. The install team was very highly skilled, professional and friendly. They worked hard to finish the job in one day (1,400 SF condo), and took care of many tasks that we were worried about since we were not on site (moving furniture, putting it back, etc.). Rachel was extremely helpful with our questions and guided us through the process. We bought extras of most supplies to have on hand, and returning the surplus was a simple affair. Throughout all, we felt taken care of and were confident in the abilities of everyone involved. The peace of mind provided by LL Flooring is something I truly appreciate! Fast forward to six months later, the condo next to us had a water intrusion issue from a bad bath faucet, and the water permeated under our bathroom. "Update 5/27/23: LL Flooring sent a different crew of installers to redo baseboards and quarter round molding. Now it has a seamless appearance and nail holes are covered. A special thank you to Matt and his crew. Original review: Love my flooring and the store experience was great. However the installation by LL Flooring contractors was terrible. The installation guys did not know how to cut the shoe molding so they could make the edges line up and create a seamless look. Caulking skills were poor. Nail holes were not caulked (base boards & shoe molding are white) and seams were missed or caulked poorly. We were not informed prior to installation that the shoe molding and base boards would have to be painted. Why would I want to paint and ruin new flooring. I had to point out several seams that they missed caulking. I asked that shoe molding be replaced in one area that looked really bad but installer acted like he didn't understand me. Very dissatisfied with installation and do not recommend LL Flooring installation contractors."

"Tom was above and beyond the best, we went into the store knowing exactly what we wanted. He helped us with most of our purchase, we also dealt with Greg for our 1/4 round. Again top notch service!! It doesn't matter who you talk with or deal with they are professional and very helpful. Next came the day measurements were taken. The gentleman was another one of the most helpful and professional people we dealt with. The install day came May 3rd, 2022, once again 3 of the most professional installers ever. They were done with our complete house by 3P, we had 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen done. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. All we had to do was sit back and watch. Photos are only 3 of the rooms done... The LL Flooring we dealt with was in North Myrtle."
