"This office seems very disorganized. They had a long wait and did not seem to have a good procedure for medical clearance. On the first visit, Dr Mehrotra made a point of saying that she would text the cardiologist for clearance and we would not need to stop blood thinners. Later received a call from her office staff confirming medical clearance and saying we were all set for extraction. When we showed up for extraction, she changed her story saying that we should have stopped blood thinner and that was our responsibility to know that. On top of everything else, they did not use two identifiers to identify patients so they brought back someone else thinking it was my mother. I will never go back to this office."
