"Update: 12/22/23 This is the third time I have been to Orchard Grove.They continue to impress me .The office staff are very kind and helpful with options for payments that take a little bit of the sting out of the price of dental care, The hygienist is personable and was thorough in her exam and cleaning. Dr. Macken was much more thorough in her exam than my previous dentist. She showed me pictures of the problem areas so we could discuss options for treatment together. I was able to decide what worked for me. She put together a treatment plan with prices so I know exactly what I am going to be doing and paying going forward. Previous review: This office is kindest most helpful practice I have ever been to. Being an older person with a lot of unfortunate dental experiences, I am so thankful for professionals like this in the world. You make a difference! Thank you."
"I haven't been to the dentist since I was a kid and have been scared to go. I heard about this place through a family member and was not disappointed! Dr. Macken was fantastic! She is super nice and goes at a slow pace if you are nervous (which I was very nervous). She does great work and makes sure it is done right the first time, which I greatly appreciate! The other staff are also very nice and make sure you have everything you need. The hygienist did a great job too! Even though going to the dentist still makes me nervous, I will definitely keep going to Dr. Macken!"
