"I love going to our Greer location. I always make sure I make an appointment so I don’t have to sit there for long, especially with sick kids. We are seen right at the time of our appointment. Between me and kids we went there 6 times in the last 6 months. I’m sure it wasn’t the last lol"

"First of all, who actually owns this practice? It says Prisma, but they told me it was run by a different company now. My primary care doctor is with Prisma, which is why I came there. I ended up being charged $155 with insurance Because I have a deductible. When I complained about it the lady at the front desk said oh well we’re not owned by Prisma anymore so that’s how it is. Furthermore, the nurse that took my vitals was extremely rude and sarcastic with me. She acted like she was really bothered to be there. The doctor and the girl that took a flu test sample from me were both polite and professional. However, the first nurse came back to me with my discharge paperwork and said sign here you’re done. I asked her if I was going to get a diagnosis or the results of my flu test, and she said oh yeah it’s right here in your paperwork and pointed at it like I was stupid. For $155 I would appreciate having a doctor explain to me what is wrong with me, and she was ready to discharge me just like that. It really came across to me like they are used to dealing with people with no insurance, so they just treat everybody like crap that comes in. That says a lot about this business. I will never come back to Prisma, urgent care, and I will encourage all of my coworkers, which is the entire city of GREER, not go to Prisma urgent care."

"Had to go at the last minute. Setting up an appointment online was easy. Arrived at my scheduled time and was greeted when I walked in. The front desk staff was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the nurse practitioner wasn't as friendly and seemed unconcerned."

"Decided to come get checked out in the morning, went online and was able to get a time slot right after they opened. Was able to fill out all my information and necessary “paperwork” through my phone to make the check-in process easy. And it was! Did not need to wait long. Dr. D Jones was very thorough, knowledgeable, kind and friendly! If I ever need to return, I won’t hesitate and hope that I get to have her as my doctor again! Fantastic bed side manner and made me most comfortable when not feeling my best!"

"I was able to set up appointment on line before they opened & fill out the paperwork on line. When I got there for one of the earliest appointments everything was done & I was called back almost immediately. It was very efficient because they knew why I was there & were ready with their procedures. The nurse & the X-ray tech were extremely friendly & helpful. Dr Jones was kind, very knowledgeable, informative, easy to talk to. I was in there & out in about 30 minutes because of the efficiency of the process & the staff. I definitely recommend this facility & the professional staff!!"
