"Don’t schedule with anyone here. Do yourself a favor and find a competent provider. I scheduled an apt months prior to be called twice and rescheduled which delayed my apt a few weeks bc providers seem to never be in the office. Not sure how you run a medical clinic with no available providers. This office is full of incompetent providers that don’t give a care about you or your health. They are also know to commit insurance fraud so beware and always check your statements."

"Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or return your calls. Doesn't matter how good the staff/physicians are if point or contact is useless. Fix your automated system it sucks. ***UPDATE: I was impressed when I received a call from the office with an apology on the difficulty contacting the office and instructions on how to reach someone (7 for operator then 1 to hold for others having trouble) and that there are some issues with the automated system. They also helped with the concern I was previously calling for. No further issues with contacting the office. I appreciate the effort that went into resolving this issue. You get all the stars. Thank you"

"I have been trying to get an appointment since before Christmas. I accidently gave my work phone number the first time & I had a customer when I answered the phone call, said I'd call them back. I apologized. I left a message, they never called me back. I finally called back with them last Friday, I filled out the new patient form online because I couldn't get to their place before 4.... I called Monday and asked if they got it, the person I was on the phone with literally huffed & moaned and said she'd have to talk to a manager....then emailed the new patient form for me to fill out again. 3 Days ago I dropped off the paper work, they didn't even bother to schedule an appointment, they said they'd call.... They never called & now it's Friday and they are closed for renovations.....I I have been trying to be patient because my best friend has said the doctor is really really nice, but the way this is handled has me wanting to go somewhere else. My friend also needed her script refilled & has been calling and calling & not a single person has called her back and now they are closed for renovations. This is crazy. I usually don't leave reviews like this, but really? Customer service really needs some work."

"This was the absolute worst patient care experience of my life. From my very first interaction with an employee here, it was disaster. The main desk attendant couldn't even write down my contact information correctly (funny part is, all of the information were on forms I filled out upon my first visit), then I was forced to wait for an hour before I could even see the doctor (I even showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment) then after confirming my insurance would cover the costs of my visits, I would then be billed a month later in multiple increments adding up to nearly $500 total. The staff were incompetent across the board, even going so far as to write up my x-ray orders at an outpatient facility incorrectly, causing me to have to come back to the x-ray facility an extra time. Then, finally the problem I went in to have addressed in the first place (a potential infection in my leg), there were no solutions offered and the doctor gave me no real insight into the issue nor did she provide me with steps to care for or even heal the affected area. I was given the "well the infection isn't deep or hitting the bone so that's good" and then nothing else was said about it at all. Ultimately I feel like they were either dishonest with me or just too incompetent to understand how to bill my insurance properly or even treat me. This isn't even going into the lack of a bedside manner entirely but that's a small matter compared to every other issue I had top-to-bottom. I will never go to this place or anywhere associated with it, its company or its employees ever again."
