"Liz is very knowledgeable and is helping me to achieve my fitness goals. As a beginner she has taught me the safe and correct use of the gym equipment. She’s very goal-oriented and always motivates me and makes it fun. She has customized workouts that work for me and my schedule. I signed up for the 60-minute sessions hesitantly not knowing what to expect but they fly by. Not only has Liz customized a plan for me but during the hour she is constantly giving me nutrition tips, recipe suggestions and overall healthier living ideas. She’s the best!"

"I have been working with Liz now for over 2 months. I have been relatively athletic all my life, but I had never had the time to dedicate myself to a disciplined and well structured workout routine due to my career and raising/providing for my family.
