She took into account the lighting of my wedding and what my colors would look like indoors and outdoors. She was always prompt on responding as well. My bridesmaids dresses turned out so beautiful and exactly how I always imagined them. I want to borrow one of them from my friends to wear myself!"

"Katherine and all of the LulaKate staff are simply the best. I was first introduced to LulaKate as an undergrad living in Charleston in 2010. My mother and I visited the store when it was on King Street. After a wonderful consultation, I ended up picking out 4 beautiful long dresses to wear during my debutante season. The dresses came in perfectly packaged and needed minimal alterations. I received SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on each dress I wore. Everyone wanted to know where I got my dresses! I continued ordering long bridesmaids dresses from LulaKate during the annual sample sale to wear as ball gowns for Carnival balls. I love all of them and wear them at least once a year. When it came time to pick my bridesmaids dresses, there was nowhere else I would ever go! After an easy email exchange and appointment confirmation for when I'd be in Charleston on vacation, one of my bridesmaids and I met with Llewellyn at the new Spring Street location in May of 2016. After a happy and quick appointment, I narrowed down color and skirt style, and settled on letting each girl pick their own top. Each girl ordered from a boutique local to me, and everything came in perfectly. The dresses were gorgeous, and I could not be happier!"

"I had a great experience picking out our bridesmaids' dresses at LulaKate! The appointment was easy & store space was wonderful. Katherine & Llewellyn were so much fun to meet day of the appointment, and customer service was responsive to any questions that came up on the orders and sizing. "I am in LOVE with my Lula Kate bridesmaids dresses as well as my rehearsal dinner dress. The great thing about Lula Kate is the ability to get creative with your dresses. We decided to go with an ombre theme for my wedding. My wedding planner, Megan at Ooh! Events had the fantastic idea of doing my bridesmaids dresses in shades of pink from light to dark. The dresses turned out perfect! Llewellyn at Lula Kate was wonderful to work with. She handled all of the coordination of getting measurements and contracts in from my bridesmaids so that I really didn’t have to worry about a thing. She is astonishingly quick to respond to emails and resolve even the most minor of issues efficiently. I was also impressed when I emailed her a few weeks before my wedding to tell her that one of the bridesmaids dresses did not fit (well, turns out it did fit lol - my sister just had it on incorrectly!). Even though we ended up not needing it, Llewellyn responded within 15 minutes to my email with a number of options to resolve the situation. Although the price point is a bit higher, the quality is fantastic, you are unlimited in your ability to be creative, and the customer service is outstanding. I am super happy with my decision to go with Lula Kate for my bridesmaid dresses."

"I had a horrible experience with LulaKate. I purchased a bridesmaid dress from LulaKate and am not impressed with the dress or their customer service. The dress quality is poor, yet extremely pricey. The sizing chart originally sent to all bridesmaids does not contain accurate measurements. We all went to professionals for measurements, yet every bridesmaid needed extensive (pricy) alterations. Some of the dresses were even stitched unevenly! From my experience, the LulaKate employees were helpful, accommodating to the bride and organized on the front-end, but they were been horrible on the back-end. Once the dresses were purchased and shipped to all bridesmaids, LulaKate wanted nothing to do with the customer. When contacting LulaKate to express our unhappiness of the quality and sizing, they did nothing to help. With all the accommodating, helpful vendors out there, I suggest avoiding LulaKate. For what LulaKate charges, I was expecting quality -- a quality dress and quality customer service. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. As a bride-to-be now, there is no way I will work with LulaKate."
