"I will never shop here again. Not only can I not change the size for a pair of 200$ sneakers. The information isn’t shared with you verbally before or during purchase just stamped on your receipt after purchase. Your also asked for an id when using a debit card in a world where you can swipe or Apple Pay through your phone. Never again will they get my money."
"I got shoes for someone for Christmas. I saw they do trade in value for shoes and decided to jump on that. So they had the shoes I needed. I bought in two unworn shoes and they took one. The trade in value was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay under the retail value of the shoe, but I digress because it’s the holidays. When they gave me the total of the shoe, I was blown away!!! Because it was almost triple the price of retail. Again, it’s a gift and it’s the holidays. And on top of that, I have my meager trade in value. So I ended up getting the shoe (like a jackass). They stamp my receipt, but at the time I don’t read it. Come Christmas, the person is excited because he got these overpriced shoes he was excited for……..but the issue is they don’t fit. No worries, I have the receipt……… which the stamp reads “ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES “. The shoes didn’t fit, so surely I can exchange them out for the right size, right?! I called them and explained the situation, hoping for a proper replacement or solution……I was told “No refunds, all sales are final. But if you wish to exchange the shoes for a bigger size you’d have to pay a $20 fee for that”. WHAT?!? I have been a shoe collector and buyer for a long time and never heard a such policy. People, go to Colakicks 843, they give proper trade value and don’t hike up popular shoes in price. Daniel J. Laurie"
