"I had to see the nurse practitioner Latoya Hinson, she couldn’t fill FMLA papers because I smoke. Dr. Marshall found out I had asthma. I’ve had bronchitis over 20 years when I didn’t smoke. Cindy M, the nurse only comes in on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cindy stated she could do a letter stating I work in a dusty environment . As if that was sufficient enough. I have to feed my children. I’ve been with Lexington Medical center over 18 years and this has been such a Hindrance They extremely unprofessional. I had to waste gas to get my paper work. I beg you to find another practice.Their sending everyone to the nurse practitioner, who does not have a history of my illness nor did she order my medical records to fill out.A nurse practitioner is not as good as a doctor and really does not look at a patients history period"

"Just started dealing with them and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone on the phone. Today before closing hours of 4:30 (3:00) I kept getting hung up on. It was so weird. I even switched phones because it has been over a week. Today after my 5th attempt, the number finally gave a message and forwarded to their answering service. The girls in the office apparently didn't have time for their patients."

"I have had the worst experience with this practice. I have been seeing them for 1 1/2 years for severe sleep apnea and have never encountered one single staff member that was kind, friendly or even in the least bit helpful, including the Dr. They truly just don’t care whatsoever. The nurse is downright hateful and the other staff are even worse. I’ve been accused of lying and been yelled and shouted at while on the phone with someone up front. I asked before one of my earlier visits if my son could come in with me because it’s nice to have to have a second pair of ears. The nurse said absolutely not. It’s time to try to find someone else that truly cares about their patients."

"I have only seen Dr. Perry twice. My review is not based on him but of his unprofessional staff! During both visits I was not greeted with a smile, but instead in a manner of inconvenience. I was exactly 12 minutes late for my appointment due to inclement weather which caused uncontrollable traffic. I called the office to tell them I was right around the corner. The person I spoke to said it was fine! Priscilla( I assume is the nurse) sent a message to the receptionist stating I will have to be a work-in since I was late. I waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time and was the last patient left in the waiting area. Is that the penalty for being 12 minutes late? Time to choose a different medical practice that shows compassion and respect to their patients!"
