“Quite easy to find. Great staff, everything explained well, able to sit and wait if necessary. Prices paid were extremely good, staff sorted through what I had taken to find what grade of pold, weight and then a price offered for the gold. There were options given to sell, pawn etc. Cash given at the end of negotiations. Had to give I'd and sign but that was a great experience.”

“I'm satisfied that they did all they could to repair my watch but I realise now with it being an antique it is always going to be a bit temperamental but works so all in all thankyou to the staff at browns as they showed me a lot of patience although marie was a bit annoyed with me when I went to pick it up. “Great people - great service. I have had items purchased and on buy back - and had been past due by a few days - they agreed that 'stuff happens' as long as it isnt too long - ring them if needed. Rates are good, staff are good, the manager is great (Jeremy kyle ish lookalike) But at the end of the day they must work to the prices - They must pay bills and earn to live at the end of the day (refering to the other reviewer who seemed to slate the company)”
