“Quite easy to find. Great staff, everything explained well, able to sit and wait if necessary. Prices paid were extremely good, staff sorted through what I had taken to find what grade of pold, weight and then a price offered for the gold. There were options given to sell, pawn etc. Cash given at the end of negotiations. Had to give I'd and sign but that was a great experience.”

“I'm satisfied that they did all they could to repair my watch but I realise now with it being an antique it is always going to be a bit temperamental but works so all in all thankyou to the staff at browns as they showed me a lot of patience although marie was a bit annoyed with me when I went to pick it up.
