“Absolutely amazing company they care very much about the customers. I ordered a bracelet with 2 ashes charms. Not only did they ring me to offer me a better way having my engravings also saved me some money and when my bracelet came it was abit to big which was my mistake, baileys had no hesitation as to having the bracelet sent back and re sized at free of charge. Could not recommend this company enough for your memorial jewellery.”
