“Highly Recommend! Was looked after very well today by Dr Garrett + the lovely dental assistant, can't remember the name but both extremely professional, extremely well trained and attentive. Honestly some of the best care I have ever got. I am a nervous patient, Nobody likes anxiety. ConfiDental really takes this into account. I found myself very relaxed during most of it. I felt listened to which is important. Very accommodating with appointments too. The practice is very clean, very modern. Fills you with confidence. They do not rush anything. I have dealt with two receptionists and both were incredibly patient, kind, pleasant and lovely. For private their rates are actually extremely reasonable. I have found my new Dentist and very happy about it. Honestly nothing wrong or bad to report! Thank you guys for taking such good care.”

“I have been a patient of this practice for a few years when I had dental implants with Alex fabulous Dentist Alex is . More recently i had a bad dental injury i have been seeing Drew through this process which has been traumatic but Drews kindness and patience has been a great relief to me. My recent procedure for root canals fillings on my damaged front teeth was carried out by Matt a truly wonderful Dentist and the lovely dental nurse Chelsea Was with me Chelsea is just fantastic at het job they both listened to my fears and anxiety but yet encouraging me to get the treatment done so I can move onto my veneer treatment with Drew. Kerry the receptionist is fantastic the first person you see when walking in thank you keeping me calm I appreciate this a lot, The whole team here are amazing I appreciate that I can be myself at this practice and they fully understand my fears working around this alongside me Greatly appreciated Jude Hunter”

“I was very insecure about my smile and decided to book a consultation with Dr Ball. He recommended composite bonding and then the journey began! I was quite worried at first as I hadn’t been to see a dentist for years but as soon as I arrived, I was made to feel very welcome by the friendly and bubbly team! For anybody worrying about COVID, the staff follow very strict safety measures so it is a safe environment. Everything I paid for was decided by me and no pressure was put on me by Dr Ball or any of his staff, I underwent teeth whitening first and then I had my bonding complete. I cannot recall a time when an appointment has over-run.My dentist (Abigail) always explains what treatments (if any) are necessary and is willing to discuss different options, where these exist. I haven't had a bad experience after any treatment, so that it is a good thin!”

“As someone who is super nervous about the dentist, let me tell you, that this is the best experience. As soon as you walk in, you are in an ultra-modern and funky reception/ waiting area. It is bright, friendly, and immaculately clean - like a five-star hotel clean! And it doesn’t have that scary ‘dentist smell’ that some do. The receptionist is very friendly and professional. The dentist’s room follows this trend with high-tech gear and even a summer sky ‘effect’ on the ceiling. The dentist is calm and understanding, with the nurse adding further reassurance and empathy. Again, it doesn’t have those off-putting dentist smells and sounds of yesteryear. What is also great, is that everyone who works there appears to really enjoy being there, a well integrated team... which again makes you feel reassured. So nervous or indeed not, this is a five-star dentist practice! Many thanks, everyone.”

“I have just finished Invisalign treatment, followed by Enlighten whitening at Joseph Family Dental Care on Broom Road and I could not be happier with the results. Before my teeth were really crooked (to the extent that it looked like I had a tooth missing!) and definitely not white. Now they are perfect!
