“I simply can not give enough praise to the area manager that was in store a couple of weekends ago. I think her name was Kerry (apologies if I got the name wrong, memory isn't my strong point!) There was a young man in store struggling massively with anxiety, he was visibly nervous and having a hard time. Not only did she help to calm him down but she walked him round the shop helping him the whole way, helped him through the check out and made sure he would be ok after leaving the store. This was way beyond the care and service that I have ever seen in any store and I suffer with mental health myself so to see this truly warmed my heart. She deserves the highest praise as an employee and what a truly great, and caring human.”

“This is a big store and has everything you need in and around the home or garden. It's not a shop you can go into and walk out with nothing! There is always something you will like or think is handy. The confectionery section is amazing as it has alot of things you can't normally get elsewhere, such as American or few odd bits of Australian confectionery but keep in mind the prices are a bit steeper for these kind of items. I shopped here in the late morning, the only thing I did notice was there wasn't much staff about if help was needed.”
