"Here I am, in my house on Christmas Eve. Expecting a last minute package for my son. When I go to check the update, it says “no secure delivery location was available.” I can’t believe the incompetence of this driver! I checked the front and back of my house and it looked secure to me! Horrible service! This is the second time this has happened to me, and of course it had to happen on Christmas Eve!! Thanks!"

"I have been sending packages to my secretary for years with work papers that need to be processed, and the post office has always been the most economical way to go. Although I did get my package out, I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer when I know how much my package costs and what it contains. Then fighting over what should be fair turns into an ordeal that I don’t want to experience ever again, so I will never ever come here again and deal with mr mustache. EVER"

"This is by far the best post office I have EVER been to! No wait times, the office is clean and in a gorgeous historical building, it's always stocked with shipping supplies (including pens), and the people who work there are so incredibly helpful. Every time I am there I get great advice on efficient packaging methods, saving me time and money. Once I was even handed a special bubble envelope (not typically provided) from behind the counter by another employee because he had overheard my conversation and wanted to help. They offer the packing tape left from previous customers instead of making you buy a new roll for $5. This kind of service is rare for any business, let alone a government business!! It's truly a pleasure going to this post office."
