"I first met Nicole at Massage Envy East Providence, where she was the Lead Esthetician. It was evident then that Nicole has a passion for skincare, is quite knowledgeable & skilled, and is dedicated to her clients. Nicole is so talented that she was named Esthetician of the Year by Massage Envy Corporate. Nicole and I no longer work at ME and when I heard she opened her own studio, I immediately made an appt. Covid made it impossible for me to find a quality esthetician that was taking on new clients, and I do not like the Massage Envy facial protocol (so I was not going back there). I will be the first to say that I am a facial groupie. I have had facials at all of the major spas up and down the east coast (Boston, NYC, Washington DC, Providence, Jacksonville). My facial with Nicole was, by far, the BEST facial I have ever received. I strong recommend the 80 minute session. I was so relaxed and my skin felt so fabulous that I almost cried when I got into my car (and I am NOT a crier). The products she uses are gentle, effective and left my sensitive skin feeling light, soft and refreshed. Her technique and energy take the session to the next level. Just like massage, anyone can 'learn the moves'. And, just like massage, only a few people actually 'have the hands' for the work they are doing. Nicole 'has the hands'. I have referred a number of people to Nicole and will continue to do so. Everyone who has seen her has said the same thing to me: "Oh my God! Now THAT is a facial!" Run, do not walk, to make an appt with her."
