Tootell Aquatic Center
β ClosedWelcome to the Tootell Aquatic Center at the University of Rhode Island! Our facility, located at 105 Keaney Road in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, is a state-of-the-art natatorium featuring three pools for a variety of aquatic activities. The main attraction is our eight-lane competitive lap pool, which is 25 yards long and 5-7.5 feet deep, maintained at a comfortable 80 degrees. Additionally, we have a deep-diving well that is 20 yards long by 15 yards wide, with a depth of 14 feet. This pool includes one three-meter diving board and two one-meter diving boards, all kept at a toasty 85 degrees. For those looking for a more leisurely swim, we offer a recreational pool with four lanes that are 25 yards long and 3.5-4 feet deep, kept at a warm 90 degrees.
