"I travel frequently for business and have experience staying in various hotel chains. This hotel had many excellent features, but also some that had me scratching my head; giving off the vibe that the franchisee wants to operate on the cheap end, but not fully commit to doing so. Positives: Cleanliness - My room was very clean throughout. I was pleased to see this. Noise - I could not hear my neighbors. Comfort - The bed was very comfortable. Neutrals: Fixtures - I had a broken bedside light during my stay. Swapped the lightbulb with another light out of curiosity, not the bulb - the light itself is broken. Water Temperature - The water got lukewarm, but wouldn’t get as hot as I would’ve liked it to be. Pool - I did not plan on using the pool, but you should be aware it is out of service. Pillows - I found it odd that my bed only had 3 pillows. This is not typical based on my experience. Negatives: Breakfast - The breakfast was not good. I don’t expect much from hotel breakfasts, but was disappointed in my cold biscuit and mushy apple. I was glad I had leftovers from dinner for the 2nd day I stayed. Also, there is a sign on the refrigerator for juice instructing guests to ask the front desk for help getting items due to “loss prevention”. We’re adults, every hotel has to face a degree of risk with a continental breakfast, don’t inconvenience your guests to have to ask someone for help getting juice. Outside - This was very odd; there is a lawn chair sitting out front. I thought it may have been there briefly, but it was there both nights. There was someone sitting there smoking when I left at one point. A lawn chair out front as a seemingly permanent fixture didn’t exactly scream, “classy”. Also, when I first arrived, there were 2 people smoking weed outside the front door. Overall - I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. I plan to revisit the area, but will likely aim to stay at another Hilton hotel. However, I would rather stay here than be farther out of town."

"Went on business trip with my husband with 3 of our kids in hopes they would get pool time. Pool was closed the whole weekend, nothing listed on website this was a surprise when we arrived (3 hour drive) . With "Temporary out of order" paper sign. Breakfast was a joke, seems like they would put out limited items and ran out of food and drinks hours before breakfast ended. Room was okay. Clean, but limited supplies such as towels and toiletries. Won't go back to any of this chain do to this experience."

"I did my room block for my wedding at this hotel. I booked my room the night before the wedding, I had until midnight to check in. At 7:30pm the hotel (without notice) cancelled my reservation. I showed up to check in at 10:30pm and was informed they canceled my room and the hotel was full. The night manager was beyond rude, he wouldn’t help me. I said “your customer service skills are horrible” and he said “I’ve heard that before”. He ended up putting me in an “out of service room” but never once apologized or even acknowledged fault. In fact, when I told him the policy was I had until midnight to check in, he was “well that shouldn’t be the policy” which means he had no reason to cancel my reservation other than he simply felt like it. I’m very disappointed in my experience and have never been treated so poorly by any customer service person. I will never stay at a Hilton again. I made that hotel thousands of dollars and was treated so poorly, it’s disgusting. If I could give 0 stars, I would."

"The room had a foul odor due to garbage disposal not being cleaned. Housekeeping is a joke, clean towels are a luxury of past times. The garbage can is 4x4 inches wide. Bed is comfortable but you have to bring your own bedding to ensure cleanliness! This location has long-term guests that rule the place. Very uncomfortable to say the least. No one watching housekeeping so they are loud, use NO judgment when cleaning spills; no signs of wet floor, their carts occupy 3/4 of hallway width. Constant pop music blaring on main floor and elevator chimes loudly like a doorbell whenever button is pushed and door opens. Avoid this location and cross the busy street to another Hilton hotel where the experience is very different."

"Very nice hotel, especially for the cost. My room was a very nice size suite. The rooms have apartment refrigerators, a kitchen sink, a dishwasher and a full sized microwave. There is even glassware to use and much more. The only problem that I had in room 320 was the shower head. It is very heavily caked with hard water calcium oxide. Most of the jets are clogged with the calcium so it makes the shower weak and kind of un-refreshing."
