Making money was clearly prioritized over proper care and going there was one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. It felt like I was being constantly sold to during my visits and it reminded me more of a car dealership than an ethical medical practice."

"Went in for a loose filling... The staff was friendly and professional. The exam was thorough, and I was informed of issues I was not aware of. However, almost immediately after the x-rays, they tried to upsell me an unneeded "cancer pretreatment" and oral care devices. After the exam and consult with the Dr., I was immediately shown to the "business manager's" office to discuss the treatment plan and payment options. This involved a credit check, loan application and a soft check of my credit rating. I understand that I do need extensive work, but I should not have to finance dental repairs like a car loan. They literally quoted me over $31,000 for everything they suggested and expected me to begin the procedures and payments that day. In addition, they told me that they couldn't do anything about the loose filling. So, I left with the original issue unresolved, anxiety from how much work they said I need and stressed about how much repairing my teeth is allegedly going to cost me. Forewarned if you go there, remember, it's a business... they are looking for profits, not to care for you as a person or patient."

"Great experience! I went in for severe tooth pain. Tyler was great with the X-rays took his time and was so careful not to hit the tooth. The exam was easy and painless. There wasn’t an opening at the location for extraction so the office manager did her very best called another office and got me in within the hour. Got the tooth out and the pain is gone. The process was quite and easy!"
