"Got an oil change yesterday morning and was greeted by the Assistant Manger, Edwin and Technician J.Cruz! Both guys were super friendly! Service was quick and efficient, I only waited for about 40 minutes! Overall very pleasant experience!"

"BEWARE! Had my car for 8 days after assuring me they could service it. I told them what I thought may be the issue but disregarded the information. Did not keep in contact so I had to keep checking in. They gave me an estimate which included services that had already been done elsewhere which would not have fixed the issue. I declined those services and asked them to do what I had asked from the beginning. That fixed the issue. Went to pick up vehicle and he asked me to pay before seeing invoice. He gave me the invoice upon request and there was a charge for labor for $340 which was not supposed to be there. In conclusion, if I did not have any car knowledge I would have spent an extra $1400 for repairs I did not need, and had I not asked to see the invoice I would have overpaid $340. Very disappointed with service."

"never again going back, got my oil change a bit ago. “mechanics” will “show you they did a great job” but like to easy fool women and give them an outrageous price. Oil change does NOT take an hour and a half to two hours, and that’s NOT because they were short staffed. DONT leave anything in your car while they work on it, one of their employees likes to take stuff that’s not there’s. I encourage the owner of the shop will shadow their workers. I am disappointed, not for how long it took but finding out days later little things were taken out of my car last seeing them."

"Absolutely zero complaints. The guys here were able to diagnose and repair my husbands car in a matter of hours (the brake pad FELL OFF, we thought we were done for). Everything was quick clean and professional! We will definitely be back for all maintenance offered by this location (hopefully before the brake pads fall off this time)."

"The gentleman running the counter when I came in was clearly a mechanic and not strong in the customer service sector. I waited 15-20 min to even speak to someone then was told they could look at my car but wouldn’t. I’ve been here before for an oil change and it was fine so I’m just annoyed mostly. I’m sure if you don’t have a European car you’ll be fine here. They’re honest about pricing and everything just not that friendly.. lol"
