"Ordered 10x16 shed Josh was very helpful with finding a structure that fits my needs that is were good experience ENDED. Never showed up on delivery date call spoke with Josh stated could not deliver due to bed weather would call back to reschedule. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. I sent several text messages and multiple voice mails. O er two week still NO SHED Josh seem like nice guy but he is a PISS POOR BIUSNESS MAN WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE HIM OR HIS COMPANY TO BUY ANY STRUCTURE YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!"

"I dont know where to start. Ordered a shed on July 1st. Just today August 13th I find out my shed was altered without my permission. Then learn he is no longer affiliated with Old Hickory Buildings. Just talked to him 3 days ago asking when my shed will be done. Never told me he wasnt affiliated with them anymore. The shed was never even started and it's been 5 plus weeks. Thank God I contacted Old Hickory buildings and got It worked out."

"Don’t waste your time. I’m sad to write this review. Spoke with Josh he said he would move our shed. He scheduled us 7 days later. Said he would call between 11-1. He never called. When I got a hold of him he said the driver would call waited until 4pm the driver called with excuses. Said they would come the next day. When the next day came claimed there were laws against moving on sundays. On Monday Josh said my driver will call by 8 am. No one called us. Spoke to josh at noon he said “we will move your shed today, I promise” by 4pm still no one called us. Don’t waste your time. He must say yes to everyone and every request. Never got the shed moved."
