Sterling Pediatric Center

"Sterling office is excellent. Dr. Jane is great with our kids and all the nurses/admin staff are always extra nice and helpful. We’ve called the after hours number and spoke with several different on call doctors or nurses throughout the past few years and they’ve all been so helpful and offer great advice to calm us down during stressful first time parent situations. The only reason I’m giving 4 not 5 stars is as other reviewers have pointed out, the wait can be excessive especially when dealing with a sick child or getting shots but worth the wait in my opinion."

"I love this office for my kids. My brothers and I have gone there since we were little. I continuously recommend this place to everyone I know that has children. I found the most caring and experienced staff in this place and I will continue to take my kids here. This is the office that found my sons disability when everyone else told me I was crazy! I will forever be grateful for the experiences I’ve had here."

"they continue to not call me and continuing to call the grandparents instead. Even when I was just there yesterday.. Another bad experience.. My daughter is 5 and Dr. Marcus is not her normal pediatrician. She was filling in today at sterling pediatrics. And she was very impatient and aggressive with my daughter. My daughter is afraid of needles, a common fear for kid ill add. They did the iron check at the start of the appointment, so as expected my child was upset and agitated for the rest of our vist. Instead of giving me 5 minutes to help calm my child down she proceeded to tell me to hold her on my lap she has a child waiting in the next room to get to. Doing the physical checking her ear, throat and nose. She gaged my daughter so as a reaction she closed her mouth and then proceeded to try to stick the tounge depresser between her lips and teeth and pry her mouth open. Of course i said something at this point and just took a second to tell my alreadt upset 5 year old she was just looking and opened her mouth fine. Ive been treated differently and like a delinquent by this office ever since my situation was known of. Its definitely time to find a new pediatrician office."

"I have been coming to this practice since my children were little. I had a well visit with Kayla Esterline, PA, Physician Assistant, Certified, not her normal doctor. This was the worst doctors visit ever. Kayla needs to work on her bedside manner as well as her skills interacting with Children with disabilities! Thanks for adding more fear of doctors within my child's life. Will be researching other facilities."

"Poor customer service. As a new patient we expect the first impression to be everything, I spoke with Kristen this morning and is the worst. She answers the call and realize we are new and don't call the day we chose them as my kids doctor, she blurts out why are u just calling today, we need records and ur info... and said hold on and left me on hold for 6 mins. When she returned I ask her what the problem was, I have all their shot records ready to go, and if my kid wasnt sick until now why would I call an earlier? She said oh I had a phone call I had to take because it was quicker than yours. I told her thank you but we will go with another pediatrician. I would not recommend this place to any new family's. I think customer service is very important especially when you are the first point of contact."
