"Let me start by saying that I’m glad the Dr is amazing bc even if he wasn’t - I would force myself to continue treatment here based off of customer service alone! I’m a Mom to a kindergartner with wonky schedules, and I work at opposite ends of the city, etc etc. So you could imagine how ALL OVER THE PLACE my schedule can be and how much it changes. Healthbridge has been such a huge help with getting me in and accommodating my last min meetings, early pickups from school, etc. Communication is top-tier and I appreciate that so much. Both rd receptionists are WONDERFUL but I have to give a special shoutout to Tamika. I’m a Niqabi (full Islamic garment except for eyes) and the way she made me feel so comfortable and was knowledgeable was reassuring and appreciated. I love how the Dr can simply tell exactly where it’s bothering me that day - lets me know he knows what he’s doing lol. The exercises I was given, helps and the work he does on the table is the icing on the cake. "I was relieved to hear that HealthBridge would see me this week. I was in an extraordinary amount of pain when I woke up and was even having trouble functioning. Tameka and Tracy were super fast and professional. The office's look was clean and very comforting. Dr. Allen was able to see me within a few minutes and after discussing what the issues were and addressing what might have caused it, we decided on treatment. Dr. Allen is knowledgable and thorough. Over the course of the next two days my condition went from completely non-fucntional back up to normally operating. I cannot thank him and his staff enough. I will always keep this office on speed dial should I run into issues again. They're hitting 100% for me!"
