SCI Phoenix Project is a state-of-the-art correctional facility located at 1200 Mokychic Road in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, United States. The institution, which officially opened on July 9, 2018, was created to replace the outdated SCI Graterford. With a total of 3,830 beds, SCI Phoenix offers a wide range of treatment, educational, vocational, and recreational programs for inmates. The institution is led by a team of dedicated professionals, including Deputy Superintendents Mandy Sipple, Charles Hensley, Harold Kertes, and Nathan Wynder, as well as Superintendent Assistant/Public Information Officers Kristina Owens and Gina Orlando. The facility features two prototypical correctional buildings with a shared Administration/Support Building, Program Services Buildings, CI shops, Commissary, Property, and Maintenance facilities.
