"Disgusting. The staff is unprofessional and negligent towards patients. After many complaints on how our family member was being treated management asked “what is your expectations of us” the answer is basic human rights. Being under staffed if never an excuse to ignore disabled patients and their BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"Ana’s has been my son Courtney’ s nurse when he first come to this facility on Dec 1 to Dec 3. She was very caring and attentive to him. Can’t forget nurse Monique either. Court is on a ventilator and requires frequent supervision. While they have an excellent respiratory dept I am not familiar with all the names of each person who has worked on Courtney. The names I do remember are Niche, Sara and John. I am so grateful for their professionalism and caring. In addition, nurse Practitioner Lauren is top notch also. Ben in wound care deserves a big shout out also. Thus far the care my son has received has left me feeling less anxious and more at ease when I am not physically here!I plan to leave another comment update very soon."

"Meadow Springs is a quality rehabilitation place that specializes in pulmonary care. My wife has been in there for 2 1/2 weeks now and I go see her everyday. All the staff from the ladies at the front desk to the nurses, doctors, therapists and the people that run the place are very friendly, kind, considerate and compassionate to not only the people staying there but even to us the families. Always asking how you are and how your day is going and keeping us informed on progress and what they’re hoping to attain. I would recommend this place to anyone"

"My mom got moved from the hospital to Arista Care 2 weeks ago. She is really happy there and we’re happy with everything also. From the moment you walk in the door there is a lovely scent and a happy reception Latanya greeting you! Everyone that I have spoken with has been wonderful and incredibly helpful thus far."

"The facility is generally OK , but nothing to write home about . My wife stayed here for six months and I was with her everyday for 12 hours . I have following comments to make : 1. Nursing staff in general are good and caring .2. CNA’ s are good , but acutely understaffed . In case of any absentee of staff , care severely suffers . Some days , particularly on weekends , the patients are not even cleaned until lunchtime . On occasions I had to do myself some of the activities, like dressing and changing and even then they were reluctant to transfer her from bed to the wheelchair. 3. Respiratory therapists are OK , but nothing special . 4. Physical and occupational therapy are really a joke . It is staffed by kids out of the school , who hardly know what they are doing . There is no qualified assessor. The section is headed by a totally incompetent person . I wonder how he managed to get a practicing license. 5. My wife was eating regular food from the kitchen for the last two months. Food on the tray never matched what was printed on the menu . Food was barely edible , not because it was unhealthy, but very it was tasteless. 6. To get prescriptions from them during discharge was a hassle. Even when they sent the prescriptions to pharmacy , the insurance information was wrongly given , we had to go back and forth , could not get corrected by them and finally I had to go to PCP to get the medications filled . It was a nightmare . In conclusion, it is better to stay away this facility , if you can , than make the mistake we made . Do not go there"
