"I feel sorry for the nice employees in the Pharmacy area of this store who actually work hard and do their jobs BUT (unfortunately) they have to work with others there whom, frankly, are some of the most lazy and apathetic and nasty people I've ever met in my life. I've encountered lots of errors and lots of rudeness towards me, and yet even after several calls to the main Corporate Offices made by me to complain and offer "positive suggestions" have resulted in NOTHING being done there to make things any better. Overall customer service at this particular CVS Pharmacy location in Morrisville stinks! STAY AWAY!!"

"This is the second time i have come to CVS at 590 W Trenton Ave in Morrisville, PA. I normally used to get my prescriptions in Lambertville NJ before I moved to West Trenton Ave in Morrisville,PA until I received very unpleasant customer service from a specific employee in Lambertville. I would prefer to continue in Lambertville because I work near Lambertville and all my medical visits or appointments is in Hunterdon Medical Center. I gave up all that convenience because of the great customer service from the West Trenton Morrisville CVS both via phone and in person. Both times at my request they immediately moved my meds for pick up in Morrisville no ifs or buts. When you walk into the store it is amazingly well stocked in Comparison to Lambertville, and the staff both Pharmacy and Retail are great, make you want to come back again and again."
