"The lady behind the resister acted like it was a big deal to wait on us. She said there are kiosk to order from. I told her I would rather deal with a human. Someone punched on kiosk and it out of service. I had to wait in line to us the stupid kiosk. Bad experience at this Mc Donald's. Took 10 minutes to get my food. There is a ton of older people here that are trying to order food and refuse to use the kiosk. They have been standing there and no one will wait on them. Everyone is complaining in line and actually walking out. They need more help or better management. Our food came out cold also."
