Julio's Famous Pizzeria

"I know it’s a Saturday night.. but they were terrible tonight. Two of the three orders were wrong. They weren’t what I ordered and it was wrong on the receipt as well, so it wasn’t someone else’s order. The two cheesesteaks looks horrific. They were a disgusting mess and sloppily thrown together. My cheesesteak looked like someone stepped on it. Other than that.. pizza was fine. Fries were under cooked and mediocre. The guy in front of us was a little irate and was arguing with them over his meal. It was very disrespectful how he acted, however I may understand what he was upset about. Wouldn’t recommend. We’ve been there tons of times, so we’ll go back, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend to a friend right now."

"I paid $17.75 for a margarita pizza and this was the size of the basil leaves. Sure, basil shrivels and dries in an oven but this is a sin. At least take the pizza out in its last 5 minutes and then put the basil on with a splash of olive oil or something. I never saw a margarita pie this sad. Asked for fresh garlic and there wasn't any on it. I had to put my own garlic on it at home. Very disappointing as I never had a problem with Julio's in the past. Even more upsetting as we were sick and ordered out to give us a break from cooking."

"This is a picture of my Grilled Veggie Panini that cost $9.75. I selected Red Pepper Basil sauce, Fresh Mozz, Roasted Red Peppers, Tomato's, Fresh Basil, and this is what I got. If you come here for pizza and greasy food, you're probably in the clear... I'm a healthy eater, unlike most of my family, so I just do what I can with the menu options. This was so ridiculous I had to put a review."

"Julio's is still one of the best pizza places, the last time I walked in Julio's was about 30ish years ago, and back then I was a regular. I moved to the Midwest and dearly missed the food, especially the ginacotti's from Julio's. I was hoping that my mind wasn't hyping it more than I remembered how good it was, but they didn't disappoint. It was as good as I remember. Good enough that I wish they would open a store where I love, ironically on Route 66 in Webb City, which I saw a sign for route 66 on your back wall while I was there, then I could be a regular once again! Missed you guys, thanks for the great food, I know your guys will keep making great food for a long time to come."

"Over all the food is pretty good, we had cheese steak without the roll, chicken cheese steak in a pouch a meatball sandwich on a long toasted roll and curly fries. The chicken cheese steak was cropped and put in a soft bread pouch the chicken was seasoned well but might have been a little over cooked. The steak without the roll was chopped with lots of mushrooms and cheese as for the meatballs they were 2 large meatballs cut in half to fit the roll, the sandwich didn't have much sauce but we were given more once we asked the curly fries were very good, nicely seasoned."
