"VETERANS DO NOT USE. Bite the bullet and drive to erie. Waited 1.5 hours while 3 others who were non life threatening went ahead of me. And even tho the VA pays for it they still "need" a debit/credit card for there files... they don't it's a scam just go to the VA don't go here"
